Terms of service

What we provide

Third Manning provides one-to-one tutoring, examination preparation and interview coaching. We are an independent education service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any NHS trust, university or the Health and Care Professions Council.

What we do not promise

We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome: not a university place, not a job offer, not a grade, not a pass. Anyone who offers you those guarantees is either misleading you or does not understand how these assessments work. What we offer is preparation, honest feedback, and the experience of two people who have been on both sides of the process.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked and paid for through our booking system at the time of booking. Payment is taken by card via Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Packages (3 hours £140, 6 hours £270) are paid for up front and redeemed against future bookings. Confirm the expiry period for package hours here before launch.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel up to [CONFIRM: 24 or 48] hours before a session for a full refund.
• Inside that window we are not able to offer a refund, because the time has been held for you.
• If we have to cancel, you will be offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• We both work clinical shifts. On rare occasions an operational commitment may force a late change, and if that happens the same applies.

Recording

We record sessions only with your explicit consent, given at booking. For students under 18 that consent must come from a parent or carer. See our safeguarding page for the detail.

Your own academic conduct

We will teach you, give feedback on your work and help you improve it. We will not write your personal statement, your assignment or your portfolio for you. Submitting work that is not your own is academic misconduct, and it puts your place and your future registration at risk.
