Privacy notice

The short version: this website collects nothing about you. Booking a session collects only what is needed to hold the appointment and take payment.

The website itself

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. There is no sign-up and no newsletter.

The readiness quizzes run entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent anywhere, never stored, and are lost when you close the page. If you share your result, only the numeric score travels in the link — there is nothing identifying in it.

When you book a session

Booking is handled by Cal.com and payment by Stripe, each acting as a processor. Between them they collect your name, email address, the time you booked, anything you write in the booking notes, and your payment details. We can see your name, email and booking; we never see your card number.

We use this only to deliver and administer the session you booked. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing.

Students under 18

Where a student is under 18 we also hold the name and contact details of the consenting parent or carer, for the safeguarding reasons set out in our safeguarding policy.

Recordings

Where you have consented to a session being recorded, the recording is shared with you and then deleted. We do not keep a copy, and we do not use recordings for any other purpose.

How long we keep things

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Confirm that retention period here before launch.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
